| Officer Powell
began working part-time for the Macedon Police Department in March
of 2008. He is currently employed full-time as a NYS Police Officer
for the Department of Environmental Conservation, and has been stationed
in Wayne County since 2002. He is a certified General Topics Police
Instructor and a Firearms Instructor, and currently heads the DEC
Firearms Program for Region 8. When not at work he enjoys hunting,
